3. California-specific disclosures

California law provides important protections for homeowners in distress. If your home is in foreclosure or at risk of foreclosure, you have specific rights under the California Homeowner Bill of Rights (Civil Code §§ 2923.4–2923.7) and the Distressed Home Seller Protection Act.
